Finally, I decided to try it! I signed up for an aerobics class for seniors.
I was so excited for that first class!
For an hour, I jumped up and down, twisted, bent over, kicked, gyrated, and perspired.
But by the time I got my new exercise leotard pulled on and my new sneakers tied, the class had ended.
